Telecia is a Counselling Psychologist (MSc) and CORE Energy Leadership Coach who has spent 15+ years inside Caribbean organisations — and the last four building a practice dedicated to transforming how Caribbean leaders think, lead, and build teams.

Her work is grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and built for the Caribbean context — where leadership culture, hierarchy, and identity require a practitioner who truly understands both worlds.
