We’ll create a bridge between the emotional connection of your inner purpose and passion to your outer goals and strategies, bringing about exceptional and sustainable results.

With Core Energy Coaching we understand that the challenges you face are often symptoms of an underlying cause. We’ll go to the CORE – focusing on what you really want and creating breakthroughs for what is holding you back.

The Energy Leadership™ Index assessment is an attitudinal assessment that provides insights into how your leaders show up in various aspects of your life. It measures your leaders’ ability to lead people, including self, and their ability to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. It also measures how engaged your leaders are in their roles and tasks on the job and at home. 

This is an effective tool to help increase self-awareness and therefore give leaders the ability to discover how that may benefit them.  



About Me

“Leadership is how you interact with everyone including yourself. ” – Bruce Schnider.  

“I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Technology Jamaica in Human Resource Management & Marketing. Over the last 15 years, I have established a career as a marketing and sales strategist, a brand planner and a consumer insights expert at multi-national and regional companies across FMCG and Finance Industries. 

I’m also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and a CORE Dynamics Leadership Specialist with certifications obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)- one of the leading coach-training institutions globally.   I also hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and have 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families to transform their lives.
